Tomato Pineapple-Jalapeño Salsa

INGREDIENTS:
3 medium ripe tomatoes, cored, seeded, and finely diced
1/2 ripe pineapple, cored and finely diced
1 jalapeño pepper, cored, seeded, and minced
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp. honey
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tbs. torn fresh cilantro leaves
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
Toss all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
