Rate This Recipe: 

1/3 cup frozen lemon sorbet (Talenti brand preferred)
2 Tbs. chilled vodka
1 cup chilled Prosecco
Mint leaves, for garnish


In a mixing bowl, combine the sorbet and vodka with a whisk until smooth. Add the Prosecco, stirring gently with a spatula. Pour into two champagne flutes. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
