Shop 11 luxury brands at the Bal Harbour Access Pop-up in Mount Pleasant through April 4.
Miami Vibes
Experience a taste of Miami Beach during the Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up, which brings its luxury shopping tour to Ferry Wharf Road in Mount Pleasant through April 4. Customers will be able to shop 11 high-end brands, including Assouline, Balmain, Cremieux, Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, Lanvin, Tiffany & Co., and Valentino. Designed using modular shipping containers, the 17,000-square-foot temporary lifestyle center features covered walkways and a retractable canopy. The space is transformed into a tropical oasis with palm trees, koi ponds, fountains, and greenery. Fuel up at the on-site, 150-seat Whitman Restaurant, which features a full bar and lounge and serves dishes such as Carolina rice, she-crab soup, seasonal fish, and a rib eye. Charleston is the sixth location on the pop-up tour, which stopped in Greenville last fall. [101 Ferry Wharf Rd., Mount Pleasant, balharbourshopspopup.com]
Dive In
Just in time to suit up for spring break and the upcoming summer season, Citrine Swim, founded in 2013 by Charleston native Caroline Robinson, has joined The Tiny Tassel, The Goldbug Collection, and other local boutiques on Spring Street. Citrine offers swimsuits, beachy dresses, separates, and sarongs designed by Robinson and her sister, Libby Few. The Spring Street space also carries a curated selection of beach essentials, such as sunglasses, hats, totes, and sandals. Citrine’s flagship location, which opened three years ago, remains in the Shoppes of Mount Pleasant on Coleman Boulevard.

Heads Up
Soon after debuting Charleston Head Spa, which offers a “facial for your head and scalp,” US Air Force veteran and licensed cosmetologist Molly Smith had a months-long waiting list. Nearly a year later, Smith is opening a larger flagship location on Ashley River Road. After visiting a similar spa in San Francisco, Smith wanted to bring the tranquil experience to Charleston, where she blends traditional Japanese practices with modern skin care. A signature treatment includes an oil massage, cleanse and exfoliation, detox, deep conditioning, steam therapy, and scalp analysis, with add-on facials and blowouts available.
