Made by Lauren Mitterer, owner of the divine WildFlour Pastry shop, these charming creations lean to the comfort category, such as the faux Hot Butter Rum with its toffee pecan cake and butter pecan sauce; gourmet Sugar + Spice doughnuts in dulce de leche sauce; and Caramelized Apple Pie, an individual pastry filled with spice and butter-sautéed Granny Smiths and Fujis that’s plated with caramel sauce.
