S.N.O.B. Cornbread

INGREDIENTS: 

( serves 25)
5 eggs
4 oz. melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
2 1/2 cups flour
1 3/4 Tbs. baking powder
1 heaping tsp. salt
1/2 cup canola oil
2 cups milk

 

DIRECTIONS: 

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, butter, and sugar well. Mix in dry ingredients, oil, and milk. Pour batter into greased 11 x 9-inch pan. Bake for one hour and 10 minutes.
