
	1 scoop (1.5 oz.) lemon sorbet
	3 basil leaves, 2 minced and 1 reserved for garnish
	1.5 oz. Bacardi Superior
	1/4 oz. St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
	1 or 2 star anise pods
	1 oz. Blenheim Ginger Ale, Old
	#3 Red Cap recommended
	1 lemon wedge, for garnish
Mix sorbet with minced basil. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with lemon and basil.
