The Party: Charleston Collegiate School invited parents and other guests to make waves for a good cause at the Charleston Yacht Club during its 28th annual gala. The sold-out soiree included live and silent auctions, music by local band FlashMob, and skits performed by Head of School Andy Gyves and event emcee Tyler Robinson. Between bids, attendees savored offerings from Charleston Caviar, as well as delicious bites from Harvest Catering. By the end of the evening, more than $200,000 was raised in support of CCS, an independent school on John’s Island that works with students in grades kindergarten through 12 to foster creativity and an appreciation for nature.
