4 oz. pasta (penne, elbow, or a fun shape of child’s choice)
2 Tbs. butter
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Blanch cauliflower until soft, then puree in food processor. Boil pasta according to directions. Over low heat, combine pasta, butter, milk, and cheese. Stir until creamy; add cauliflower and blend. Season to taste.
